  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Use 1-1/2-inch round cookie cutter to cut piece out of centre of each bagel half; discard removed piece.
  • Spread cut sides of bagel halves with cream cheese product; place, cream cheese sides down, on prepared baking sheet.
  • Cut 1-1/2-inch "X" into centre of each cheese slice. Place on tops of bagels; press centres of cheese slices into holes in bagels.
  • Crack 1 egg into small bowl; slip into hole in 1 prepared bagel half. Repeat with remaining eggs and bagel halves. Top with bacon.
  • Bake 14 to 15 min. or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
  • Sprinkle with chives.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with cracked fresh black pepper before serving.
