Shepherd’s Pie is one of the all-time best comfort foods. We’ve added our own twist to the classic shepherd's pie recipe by adding cheese and spinach to our mashed potatoes. This is sure to become a new family favourite!

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until potatoes are tender. Drain; return to saucepan. Add cream cheese product; mash until well blended. Mix in spinach.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-heat. Add onions and celery; cook 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook until browned. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, cook 15 min. or until sauce has thickened.
  • Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish; cover with potatoes. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Using a fork, decorate potatoes with lines and peaks for an extra special presentation.
