  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  • Combine meat and barbecue sauce; spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spay. Top with vegetables, cheese and stuffing.
  • Bake 15 min. or until heated through.


Substitute ground turkey for the ground beef.

    Not a huge fan of the stuffing would probably use half the amount next time and less bbq sauce, I found it a bit over powering. It also took a lot longer to bake then was said, the veggies were still frozen after the initial time.

    The stove top just didn't do it for me. Too many flavors going on in one bite. Shepherd's Pie is much more enjoyable with a maashed potato top.
