  • Pour dressing over pork in large nonmetal bowl; toss to coat. Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix lightly.
  • Spoon 1/3 cup of the pork mixture onto bottom half of each lettuce leaf; fold opposite sides of lettuce leaf over filling, then roll up.
  • Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.


Prepare as directed, using Kraft Calorie-Wise House Italian Dressing.

    This was a perfect way to use up the rest of my roast pork from the night before. The flavor was wonderful, I did have a hard time with the lettuce wrapping so I wrapped it inside a rice wrapper instead the the lettuce and it was fabulous. I will make this again.
