this was a definite saver, it was quick and easy to do and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. I didnt have all the ingredients on hand so all i used was tomatoes, spinach(frozen that i thawed), cream cheese (brick), green onions and salt and pepper to taste.... there were no leftovers!
Made this one lots. It's a favourite and my husband will actually eat spinach this way. So easy!
