  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Mix dressing and honey until blended. Thread shrimp, mangos and onions onto 8 skewers; place on baking sheet. Brush evenly with dressing mixture. Let stand 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, grill peppers 15 min. or until charred and crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Remove from barbecue.
  • Add skewers to barbecue; grill 3 to 4 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Chop grilled peppers; combine with rice and garlic. Spoon onto platter. Top with shrimp skewers.

Special Extra

Sprinkle ingredients on platter with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro before serving.


Prepare using green or yellow peppers.
