  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, stir-fry ginger and garlic in dressing in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min. or until garlic is fragrant. Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min. Add carrots and peppers; stir-fry 2 min. Add snow peas and onions; stir-fry 2 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in broth and soy sauce; cook 1 min.
  • Drain pasta. Add to shrimp mixture; mix lightly.

Serving Suggestion

Garnish with toasted sesame seed before serving.
