  • Heat broiler.
  • Mix all ingredients except shrimp until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup; refrigerate for another use. (See tip.)
  • Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers; place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Reserve half the remaining peanut sauce to serve with the cooked shrimp; brush shrimp with remaining peanut sauce.
  • Broil shrimp, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally. Serve with reserved peanut sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh lime wedges.

How to Use the Reserved Peanut Sauce

Refrigerate reserved 1/4 cup peanut sauce for up to 2 months. Use as a dip with cut-up fresh vegetables.
