  • Chop enough shrimp into small pieces to measure 1 cup; reserve remaining whole shrimp for garnish.
  • Combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, celery and olives in medium bowl until well blended.
  • Spoon onto centre of platter or dinner plate. Shape into 6-inch round. Press reserved whole shrimp into side of spread. Serve with crackers.

Make Ahead

Dip can be made a day ahead for a stronger shrimp flavour. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
