  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, basil and rosemary; cook 3 to 5 min. or until onions are softened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add bread crumbs, cheese and dressing; mix well.
  • Place mushrooms, top sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheet. Top with bread crumb mixture; press gently into mushroom caps to secure.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until filling is heated through and mushrooms are tender, topping with shrimp after 15 min.

Variation

For a change of pace, chop the shrimp and mix with the bread crumb mixture before spooning into mushroom caps and baking as directed.

Serving Suggestion

Serve mushrooms over a bed of torn mixed salad greens. Drizzle each serving with additional 1 Tbsp. dressing.
