  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Add onions and zucchini; cook and stir 2 min. or until slightly softened. Add cream cheese product and milk; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended.
  • Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. Gradually add enough of the cooking water to shrimp mixture until sauce is of desired consistency. Add pasta and tomatoes; mix lightly.

Variation

For added colour, preparing recipe using a mixture of red and yellow grape tomatoes.

Substitute

Prepare using whole wheat penne pasta.

    This was great. The only thing I would add is a little curry or cumin just to kick it up a notch. I also topped it with some fresh chopped parsley. Really easy to make. Very good.
