  • SAUTÉ leeks in butter in large frypan on medium heat until tender. Add cream cheese, milk, wine & mustard; stir until smooth.
  • ADD spinach to sauce mixture; cover & cook 2 minutes. Stir in shrimp & cook just until heated through. Serve over rice.


PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese may be substituted for the regular PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese.

    5* in my book, my husband suggested it was like something you get in a bistro or Italian restaurant, but he thinks they're all pasta dishes are basically bland TI think his dish is definately worth making! The cheese, wine & mustard blend so well, it makes a really yummy cheese sauce over the shrimp, spinch & pasta . . . I think it's great Add ons: a few red pepper flakes, extra garlic, maybe a few chives ... etc.
