  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add eggplant, onions and peppers; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta sauce and olives; simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Drain pasta. Serve topped with pasta sauce mixture.

Substitute

Prepare using Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Romano Shredded Cheese before serving.
