  • Mix dressing and Sriracha sauce until blended.
  • Remove Seasoning Packet from soup mix; discard or reserve for another use. Cook Ramen Noodles in boiling water 3 min.; drain. Place in medium bowl. Add vegetables, flour, pepper and egg; mix well.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Drop half the noodle mixture into 8 mounds, 2 inches apart, in skillet, using 2 Tbsp. for each; flatten with back of spatula. Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining oil and noodle mixture.
  • Serve pancakes with dressing mixture.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.
