Assemble roll-ups as directed; place half in each of 2 (9-inch) square baking dishes. Cover with heavy-duty foil. Freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve, thaw overnight in refrigerator. Bake, covered, 40 to 50 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.

I haven't tasted it yet, although I'm pretty sure it will take good, but this is, without a doubt, one of the messiest recipes I have ever made. Rolling up the lasagna with the mixture on/in it, is extremely slippery and messy. A manicotti is probably better...just to spoon inside. The lasagna are extremely slippery making the meat mixture very difficult to stay put without falling out the sides.
