  • Prepare Dinner using Sensible Solution directions in large saucepan as directed on package, adding peas for the last 2 min.
  • Stir in ham and sour cream.
  • Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Special Extra

For a crispy crumb-topped casserole, heat oven to 350°F. Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 10x6-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup fresh bread crumbs; drizzle with 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Variation

Prepare as directed, adding small broccoli florets instead of peas to the boiling water for the last 4 min. of the Macaroni cooking time.

    I made mine with 1 cup of fresh brocoli and it was delicious.

    My variation has chopped frozen spinach mixed in it: sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs and bake until cheese is melted. Have also added small pieces of cooked chicken. Serve with a salad or V-8 juice (or both) for an added veg.

    I didn't quite like this recepie with the sour cream, although my family enjoyed it! I will definately make it again only, without the sour cream.
