  • Brown meat in large skillet.
  • Stir in salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add Velveeta; cook 3 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.

Special Extra

Add 1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin to the browned meat with the salsa and water.


Prepare using ground turkey.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad for added colour and texture.
