  • Toss shrimp with pepper. Heat vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, ginger and garlic; stir-fry 1 min.
  • Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min. Stir in sherry. Bring to boil; cook 1 min., stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in broth, then ketchup.
  • Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in sesame oil.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seed.

Substitute

Substitute additional chicken broth for the sherry.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with additional chopped green onions.

Note

If serving as an appetizer, place small container of toothpicks next to bowl of cooked shrimp for easy no-mess serving.
