    Instead of the 8 Ritz Crackers, I used 12 saltine's. I also added a bit of lemon zest. For the dressing, I mixed half ranch dressing and half Miracle Whip. Dee-lish!!! It was a big hit! The lemon zest definitely added to the flavor!
