  • Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Transfer chops to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Add remaining oil to skillet along with the onions and fennel; cook and stir on medium heat 3 min. or until onions are softened and lightly browned. Add chicken broth; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in pasta sauce.
  • Pour water into empty pasta sauce jar; cover and shake well. Add to ingredients in skillet; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Return chops to skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 50 min. to 1 hour or until chops are done (160°F).
  • Sprinkle with parsley.

Substitute

Prepare using Classico Riserva Marinara Pasta Sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with crusty bread or hot cooked pasta.
