  • Cook dressing and garlic in large skillet on medium heat 1 min. Add chicken; season with 3/4 tsp. basil and pepper. Cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (170ºF).
  • Add vegetables to skillet; sprinkle with remaining basil. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with cheese.

Special Extra

For a spicier flavour, substitute crushed red pepper for the black pepper.

    Husband thought it was very tasty. I used fresh vegetables and cut the chicken into smaller pieces.

    Very tasty, great taste and spices, need more food though. Make sure veggies and chicken are cooked long enough.
