  • Cook and stir peppers and onions in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. Add zucchini; cook and stir 2 min.
  • Stir in pasta sauce; cover. Cook 8 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with cheeses; cook, covered, 1 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

Garnish each serving with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or parsley.

    Very good. I added my own spices (red pepper/garlic mix, pepper) to the onions, peppers & zucchini when sauteing them. Also, used a thick pasta sauce and used a bit more. I baked mine in the oven instead of frying once the pasta sauce was added till it was bubbly.

    very good. nice change from the usual veggies with supper.

    I was quite surprised by the flavors of this dish. I added some crushed red pepper flakes for a little kick. Served it with some orzo rice and Italian sausages. Delicious!!!
