  • Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in paprika and crushed pepper; cook and stir 30 sec.
  • Add tomatoes, yellow peppers and olives; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
  • Serve over rice.

Note

Add more or less crushed red pepper to suit your personal preference.
