  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain, reserving meat in skillet.
  • Add Macaroni, water and barbecue sauce; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium heat 8 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in Cheese Sauce Mix and tomato sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with lettuce and tomatoes just before serving.
