  • Prick potatoes in several places; place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 9 to 10 min. or until tender, turning over and rearranging every 3 min.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add meat and barbecue sauce; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Serve topped with meat mixture and Kraft Singles.

Serving Suggestion

For added colour and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.

    This was really tasty and the whole family loved it! I didn't have the amount of ingredients on hand to make the Big-Batch Beef (even though I plan to!), so I just quartered the recipe to make the amount of beef I needed for this recipe. Awesome!
