Delicious and so simple to make!! I used shredded cheese instead of a cheese slice.
This was really tasty and the whole family loved it! I didn't have the amount of ingredients on hand to make the Big-Batch Beef (even though I plan to!), so I just quartered the recipe to make the amount of beef I needed for this recipe. Awesome!
