Make It

  • Place meat in slow cooker; top with vegetables and 1 Tbsp. thyme.

  • Add broth and water; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours). About 15 min. before serving stroganoff, cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.

  • Drain noodles; place in large bowl. Add cream cheese product and remaining thyme to meat mixture in slow cooker; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add meat mixture to noodles; stir gently to combine.

  • VARIATION

    Prepare using white button mushrooms, or a mix of button and cremini mushrooms. Or for more flavour, add shiitake or mini portobello mushrooms.

  • SPECIAL EXTRA

    For added colour and flavour, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
