  • Mix salsa and taco seasoning mix in slow cooker until blended; top with chicken. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours). Remove chicken from slow cooker, reserving sauce in slow cooker. Shred chicken with fork. Return to slow cooker; stir until chicken is evenly coated with sauce.
  • Fill taco shells with chicken mixture; top with remaining ingredients.

Substitute

For extra heat, prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese.

Special Extra

Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

    Awesome. I served my husband a piece of chicken (unshredded) with pasta and a salad and I shredded my piece and had it on a salad (n*****o shell). Would definitely make it again.
