This recipe is awesome.....the first time i made it i cooked it on high and yes, it was way too dry. the second time i made it, i cooked it on low for about 3-4 hours and it reached 175 degrees and was SOOOO good!!! its a definite must in our family, such awesome flavour and so easy and i have no complaints!! :)
Great flavor! Have made this pork roast a couple of times and my family loved it - even my Mr. who is not a fan of pork! Recipe works well in the oven too.
