  • Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with onions, ginger and garlic.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients except cilantro. Add to slow cooker; stir. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  • Sprinkle with cilantro just before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked couscous or basmati rice, steamed green beans and a tossed green salad.

Special Extra

Stir 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots into ingredients in slow cooker before cooking as directed. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds just before serving.
