  • Add all remaining ingredients except cream cheese product and peas; cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours), stirring in cream cheese product and peas for the last 30 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot baked biscuits.

    I love this, although I don't stick to the recipe. Whatever I have, is what goes in the pot and its always amazing. Although we don't really like the cooking creams so we use light cream spread instead.

    Made this many times with cream cheese spread. Usually use boneless chicken breasts. A winner every time! My husband always wanted me to add potatoes (in addition to the hot homemade biscuits!) Economical and tasty.
