    So delicious! I use this recipe all the time, I switch up the flavors of the BBQ sauce though. I stuff with some garlic coves, season with salt and pepper sear all sides then throw it in, always turns out for us!

    Will not make again using these instructions. Meat was overdone and vegetables were hard and still raw. Meat goes on top next time and veggies on bottom.
