Interestingly my family was completely mixed on this recipe. Half of us really liked it and the other half hated it. I used only a half can of cranberries as suggested and added a few more spices. I liked it, but probably won't make it again just because it seems to be a real mixed result(just like with the other cooks reviews).
It was mushy and didn't have a lot of flavor. I'm still too young to need to eat pureed food.
really easy and the kids loved it. i served it aside some mashed potatoes and topped it with gravy and it was a big hit. my 2 year old is very fussy and "gobbled" it up and my son, after his second helping, asked if he could have it again for breakfast. we agreed on lunch :)
