  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally. Transfer sausage to slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray, reserving drippings in skillet.
  • Add onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir on medium heat 5 min. or until softened, adding garlic for the last minute. Stir in tomatoes, dressing and seasoning; bring to boil. Pour into slow cooker; cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 3-1/2 to 4 hours), adding peppers and zucchini for the last hour. Remove sausage from slow cooker; cut into slices. Return to slow cooker; mix well.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over hot steamed rice, couscous or quinoa.
