Made this recipe over the weekend, the aromas were wonderful as we cooked it the 5 hour suggested time. Once we served the dish up the flavors were gone! It seemed as though they were cooked out._We added another 2 Tbsp of the red curry to the remaining sauce to give it some life. Has anyone else experienced this?
