I got so many rave reviews when I made this recipe. I also added 1/2 cup of frozen corn as well. My daughter requested this for dinner tonight!
I made this chili with Vension and 1 Tbs. of mexician chili seasoning with diced onion and red pepper. This went over very well with my relations. The mango chipotle gave this dish a nice sweeting that the gals enjoyed.
