  • Heat oven to 300°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add orange juice and chili sauce; mix well.
  • Rub brown sugar mixture onto both sides of ribs; place in prepared pan.
  • Bake 1-1/2 hours.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Transfer ribs from pan to barbecue grate.
  • Grill 10 min., turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
