Follow these tips for easier rolling and even distribution of the filling: Place ham slices, side-by-side, with slices overlapping slightly. Spoon pineapple mixture lengthwise down centres of ham slices. Roll up each tortilla parallel to long sides of ham slices.
Add 2 Tbsp. shredded lettuce to each topped tortilla before rolling up. Cut into pieces as directed. Garnish each with 1 pineapple tidbit or 1/8 of a pineapple ring inserted onto toothpick.
Prepare as directed but do not cut into slices. Wrap roll-ups individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 6 hours before slicing to serve.
