  • Cut each cucumber crosswise into 9 pieces. Use melon baller to scoop out centre of each piece.
  • Combine fish, dressing and 1 Tbsp. chives; spoon into cucumber cups.
  • Sprinkle with remaining chives.

Special Extra

Use vegetable peeler to remove alternating strips of cucumber peel before cutting into pieces and filling as directed.
