  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for later use. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce for the last 5 min. Cool completely.
  • Chop chicken coarsely; toss with onions, peppers, dressing and reserved barbecue sauce.
  • Cover tortillas with lettuce; top with chicken mixture and cheese. Roll up tightly; cut in half to serve.
