  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  • Mix dressing and 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce until blended; reserve for later use.
  • Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce for the last few minutes. Remove chicken from barbecue; let stand 5 min. Cut into thin slices.
  • Cover large platter with lettuce; top with rows of bacon, egg, tomatoes, avocados, chicken, cheese and onions. Serve with reserved dressing mixture.


Substitute Renée's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, or your favourite Kraft or Renée's Ranch Dressing for the Kraft Crumbled Blue Cheese Dressing.

Special Extra

Substitute a combination of different salad greens for the red leaf lettuce.
