To easily coat cookie balls with melted chocolate, add cookie balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Then, use 2 forks to roll cookie balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove cookie balls with forks and allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl before placing cookie balls on prepared baking sheet.
Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
If any chocolate remains after all balls are coated, store in tightly covered container at room temperature until ready to use for another use.

Made these for a bridal shower and they were excellent. Can someone tell me how long they can stay in the FRIDGE for? Want to make them ahead of time for another shower but it's a month away. Thanks!
<<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Lori ~ These can be made ahead of time and stored, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Hope they are a hit at your shower! >>>
I made these for a Christmas Cookie exchange and they turned out great! Also, they look exactly like the picture. Tips: if melting the white chocolate in the microwave, melt on high but check and stir every thirty seconds. I made the mistake of putting the chocolate in for 2 minutes and some of the chocolate burned. Also, after dipping each ball, sprinkle with coconut right away or it won't "stick" as I discovered.
