  • Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 2 (9-inch) round layers. Cool 10 min.; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Meanwhile, beat dry pudding mix, sugar and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Stack cake layers on plate, spreading some of the frosting between layers. Frost top and side with remaining frosting. Refrigerate. Meanwhile, melt chocolate square; cool to room temperature.
  • Place marshmallow halves, cut-sides down, on parchment paper. Spoon melted chocolate into small resealable plastic bag. Cut off tiny corner from bottom of bag; squeeze chocolate from bag to add 2 eyes and mouth to each of 8 marshmallow halves for the snowmen's heads. Place 3 candy-coated chocolate pieces down centre of each of the remaining marshmallows for the snowmen's bodies, securing chocolate pieces to marshmallows with remaining melted chocolate.
  • Press snowmen bodies into frosting in side of cake. Top each with fruit snack folded in half for the scarf. Add marshmallow heads, pressing into frosting to secure. Decorate top of cake with sprinkles. Keep refrigerated.

How to Make a Snowman Stencil for Decorating Top of Cake
