  • Cook cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until very tender; drain. Return cauliflower to pan.
  • Add dressing; mash until cauliflower is light and fluffy.
  • Top with onions.

Note

Use a food processor or immersion blender to puree the cooked cauliflower and dressing.

Note

Refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat in microwaveable container just before serving.

Substitute

Prepare using regular Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing.
