  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally and adding garlic for the last minute.
  • Place pizza crust on baking sheet; top with 3/4 cup cheese, peppers, onions and tomatoes. Drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with cumin seed and remaining cheese.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Variation

Prepare pizza using more or less jalapeño peppers according to your personal taste.

Substitute

Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese.
