Great recipe. I'm a purist, I like it as is. My daughter makes this all the time at college, but when she can't afford boneless chicken she swaps for ground chkn. or beef, uses canned corn, and has even served it as a hot dip with chips!
This was an excellent recipe. It helped to read the previous reviews, I adapted it just like others, I used chickpeas instead of black beans. My partner and I loved it and I will certainly make it again.
