Chicken salad can be prepared in advance. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 days. Use to assemble sandwiches just before cooking as directed.
Heat large skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwiches, in batches, 3 min. on each side or until Kraft Singles are melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down tops of sandwiches with spatula to flatten slightly as they cook.

A very simple and quick recipe that delivers big taste and great flavour!! I used rye bread instead and it worked out just fine! I would definitely make this again as a tasty and quick snack - using ingredients that one usually has on hand!
