Potato and chicken made fundamental, good family supper. Though, i marinated chicken in Garlic Fiesta seasoning before baking just to add flawour. About bean mixture - can't say anything, because i didn't have black beans and green pepper, so i made mish-mash of whatever i had in the fridge.
