  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Mix turkey, 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip and seasoning mix just until blended. Shape into 12 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Combine cheese and 2 Tbsp. salsa; spoon onto centres of 6 patties. Cover each with second patty; pinch edges together to seal.
  • Grill 7 min. on each side or until done (175ºF). Meanwhile, combine remaining Miracle Whip and salsa.
  • Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and salsa mixture.

Fresh ground turkey is available year-round, so you don't have to wait for outdoor grilling season to enjoy these burgers. To prepare indoors, assemble patties as directed and cook in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 7 to 9 minutes on each side until a digital meat thermometer inserted into the patty registers 170ºF. Ground turkey is also delicious in meatballs!

Serving Suggestion

Serve these scrumptious burgers with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing

Make Ahead

Patties can be stuffed ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 4 hours before grilling as directed.

These burgers are SO tasty! I don't have a grill, so I broiled them in my toaster oven for 6 minutes on each side. They turned out super moist and full of flavour.

These are really nice with grated granny smith apples mixed into the meat. The apple gives it a nice flavour and helps to keep the turkey patty moist.
