  • Cook meat with onion and garlic in large saucepan on medium-high heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring frequently. Drain, if necessary.
  • Add soup, tomato paste and coffee; mix well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in mushrooms and oregano; simmer an additional 5 min. Serve over hot spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.

Make it Easy

For easier eating, break up the spaghetti before cooking. Just roll up the bundle of spaghetti in a kitchen towel that is 7 to 8 inches longer than the length of the spaghetti strands. Roll up the spaghetti in the towel, then holding both ends of the spaghetti firmly, centre the wrapped spaghettil over the edge of a table. Push down with both hands to break the spaghetti in half. Unwrap and use.
