  • Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 6 to 8 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Drain spaghetti. Add to vegetable mixture along with the cheese and parsley; mix lightly.
